Furniture Return & Refund Policy

Returns

At Sacred Interiors, each piece of furniture is manufactured and/or sourced specifically for our clients. We strive to ensure that every order meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Custom-Made Furniture

All custom-made, made-to-order, upholstered, or personalized furniture items are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has commenced.

This includes any item made according to the client’s specifications, dimensions, fabric selections, finishes, colors, or design requirements.

Standard Furniture Items

Returns on standard, non-custom items may be accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must not have been assembled, modified, or damaged after delivery.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.
  • The client is responsible for return transportation costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items

Clients must inspect all items upon delivery.

Any damage, defects, or discrepancies must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery and accompanied by clear photographs.

Where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Sacred Interiors will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the item;
  • Replace the item; or
  • Provide a partial or full refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made furniture;
  • Special-order items;
  • Clearance or sale items;
  • Items damaged through misuse, negligence, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method where possible.

Cancellation of Orders

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of payment, provided production has not commenced and materials have not been purchased.

Where production has begun or materials have been procured, cancellation fees may apply to recover costs already incurred.
